A lead event manager is assigned to every client with direct ownership of communication and projected mile-stones as a central
point of contact across all levels, supported by a team of event specialists and coordinators to seamlessly deliver each specific areas
of responsibility.

The project team coordinates our continued efforts to maximize value added benefits and eliminate unnecessary expenditure.
The event marketing team designs and executes innovative campaigns to maximize participation and enhance the profile
of the events we manage. The event logistics team manages project milestones, and operates as the focal point of contact,
with participants as well as with 3rd party suppliers.
