Co-founded by Medhat Nassar and Manuela Marchetti, both with extensive experience in staging international conventions
having managed some of the region’s most prestigious events and international conventions such as the IMF World Bank
Meetings, the IAA world congress, the United Nations Environmental Protection Meeting and IDA World Congress.

Headquartered at Dubai Media City, MME is a specialized professional conference organizer and corporate meetings planner.
Our Dubai based team serves as the core operational hub for every event we manage, ensuring full attention to details from
planning throughout to on site delivery. We swiftly become an extension of our client's team and ensure that the target audience remains connected, educated, entertained and inspired.

The project team coordinates our continued efforts to maximize value added benefits and eliminate unnecessary expenditure.
The event marketing team designs and executes innovative campaigns to maximize participation and enhance the profile
of the events we manage. The event logistics team manages project milestones, and operates as the focal point of contact,
with participants as well as with 3rd party suppliers.

We promise our customers peace of mind, smooth and hustle free experience from planning throughout to final reporting,
not just for the event attendees, but equally for the client's in-house team.

Our pco team can be brought in at different stages; however we strongly recommend that our project manager is involved right
from the planning process to ensure that you avoid unnecessary expenditure; potentially encountered during the early stages
of conference planning process, bringing your budget under control right from the start.

In the earliest stages we offer you expert advice, help, knowledge and administrative support starting from venue research and budget feasibility; establishing a cash flow management forecast, short-listing suppliers, acting as the link between various sub-committees and third party suppliers and developing a time line for conference planning and organization.

In addition, we provide you advice on all aspects of event marketing and management and work in partnership with your in-house teams to ensure your conference is a sound success.

As the organizing/host committee, you will normally retain overall control over the project implementation plan; set the policy and provide direction, whilst our project managers ensure that the administration of various aspects runs smoothly.
